Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

I suffered a fracture last Tuesday to one of the metatarsal bones on my left foot. I wear a removable air cast when out but housecI take it off as instructed by my doctor and try to weight bear on it. However, there is a cramping pain from my soles to my knee which gets worst at nights preventing me from sleeping. What could this be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I will recommend getting an X-ray done for foot as there might be non healing fracture which needs to be addressed urgently.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
