Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

Hello, I have been concerned about a pain in my right knee when walking. It almost feels like an air bubble... At first I though it was the shoes I was wearing but after buying a new pair of expensive shoes the discomfort was still there. I have weak knees already and have had extreme knee pain before as a result of my job as a lifeguard and doing eggbeater. I appreciate your input !

Hi.. Can understand your concern. As per your query about pain in knees while walking can be a age related change like arthritis, there is also decrease in synovial fluid of joint with aging and certain other degenerative changes.I suggest you for investigation like blood test for arthritis factor, uric acid and x ray for changes in joint to rule out the diagnosis. For the time being time for pain you can take any NSAID like voveron. You should consult a orthopaedic doctor for exact diagnosis.Do exercise regularly and morning walk.Avoid any weight gain and fatty foods.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
