Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I would recommend you to get x ray of the knee joint to confirm the diagnosis. If there is any fracture or any soft tissue injury than it can be confirmed with this only.
Til you get the x ray done I would suggest you to avoid any massage of the knee. If there is fracture than you will need splinting of the knee joint. If there is only soft tissue injury than it can be deal with hot water fomentation, elastocrpe bandage and Ultracet tablet twice daily.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
