Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
From description it seems to be soft tissue injury . Now after 4 weeks if pain is severe ,I would suggest getting this evaluated by an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. You may get theMRI of the area affected under his/her guidance. You can take anti-inflammatory drug like motrin to reduce pain and inflammation.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more concern.
Warm Regards.
