I take culturel and Florestor probiotics, I have UBS-d twisted and lazy colon. Sever. I eat completely clean, absolutely no processed food and no gluten yet there are days I m so gassy that when I pass gas and poop it smells like a skunk lives inside me

There are certain fruits and vegetables that are associated with excess gas production.

If you are using some of these, then this may be the reason for the excess gas.
Some of these are: prunes, apricots, broccoli, brussel sprouts, turnips, beans, cauliflower, cabbage.

If these form part of your diet, reduction may help.

IN addition, though you may not have other typical reflux symptoms , the use of reflux medication can sometimes help persons with excess gas.
You can also consider this option.

Most of these are over the counter medication.
