Hi,
From the description provided, I understand that you have bilateral ovarian cysts. The size of the cyst is not so much as to worry. Management is dependent on several factors like associated symptoms, growth and so on. Smaller cysts are usually managed medically or simply left out for spontaneous resolution while the larger ones need active management. Flatulence can occur due to diet, stress, hormones and infection. Eat well-balanced and easily digestible food, avoid stress, space out equally between meals and get treated for infection. Hope this helps.
