Suggest Treatment For Severe Dilated Cardiomyopathy

I am 80 yrs old and have been recently diagnosed with severe dilated cardiomyopathy, and am undergoing medication such as candesartan, beta blockers and digoxin. I have depended upon my hot tub for many years to give me relief from the effects of arthritic lumbar degeneration following two slipped discs(why do young men go in for stupid physical sports?) I kept out of the hot tub for several months now, but would like to start using it again for lumbar relief. What is the medical consensu on this?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cardiac myopathy then it is better to have test all the time and it is not advisable at all to do some exercise or vigorous activity, hope this information helps.
