Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea
On the 1st of this month i was treated with 1mg of azithromycin and 2ml of antibiotics injected into my leg, since then I have suffered really bad with diarrhoea, i have attempted to deal with this myself with toast, live culture yoghurt and diarrhoea tablets, but they don t seem to help much, can you suggest anything?

I really appreciate your concern, the diarrheal symptoms may not be due to the medicines taken but it could be due to dyspepsia if this is so then no need to treat this condition but just take care for dehydration, if this is not the case then it could be due to intestinal infection and for that I would suggest to try single dose of Tab Sacnidazole 1 g, you can even try Lactobacillus sachet three times in day, hope this information helps.
