Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression

I have had depression for over 20years, I ve been on heavy meds , lustral200mg, valium5mg ,olanisapein 17mg, and beta blockers 7.5mg, I was told I have BPD, can I ever lead a normal life, I ve been in hospital on a number of times because of attempted suicide, I have a constant battle in regards of taking my life

I think, either you have bipolar depression or recurrent depressive disorder. In that case, you need proper dose of mood stabilizer and antidepressant. You are on mood stabilizer and psychotic, but there is no antidepressant in your prescription. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and in case, you need further help, you can ask.
