Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello Welcome to HCM

Your husband is suffering from severe depression. He is having tremors, forgetfulness, problems of balance, constipation, poor social interaction symptoms.

From available picture it seems that he is suffering from depression. Tremors can be due to anxiety. Dementia with Lewy Body can't be diagnosed on basis of clinical symptoms alone. To clearly diagnose the condition proper pathological workup is needed.

Treatment is severe depression is possible with proper medicines. Medicines of SSRI group like Escitalopram, Sertraline , other medicines like Mirtazepine etc can be used to improve depression. If an individual don't respond to one medicine or have severe depression then augmentation of treatment with lithium, lamotrigine etc can be done to get better results.

Somatic symptoms can be treated with proper medicines like Pregabalin. Which will help in improving tremors. Consult a good Psychiatrist for detailed treatment.

Non medicinal treatment in form of cognitive therapy is also very useful to see improvement.

Apart from that give him diets rich is omega 3 fatty acids. Supplements help in early recovery.

Hope this helps you, thanks
