Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough

Hi, my husband is suffering from a severe cough from past 15 days. this cough occurs every years in the month of September or November it last for almost 3 to 4 weeks i took him Apollo twice but nothing helped still his cough is not come down. Please suggest me a nice solution.

I can understand your husband's situation and problem.
He is having seasonal cough. Allergy and viral infection are common cause for this.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
He may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs are also helpful in his case.
Annual vaccination with Influenza vaccine is also helpful in prevention of recurrent respiratory tract infection.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.. Hope I have solved your query.
