Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation With Lower Back Pain

I've been constipated a couple times in the last 2 weeks. My bum has a dull ache. I was able to go a bit this morning but I still feel the ache, and now my lower back is a bit achy too. I've been eating extra prunes, fibre and fruit. Can you help and tell me what's wrong. Is this actually all constipation?

Constipation could be due to several causes
Like
Fluid intake inadequate -Drink according to your body weight and your level of activity
Fibre intake inadequate -Atleast 30 gms per day.Oats, brown rice, apples, pears, Prunes, figs ,Berries , Apricots , Green leafy veggies
Fruits and Veggies intake inadequate
Movement - Exercise inadequate
Drugs -Narcotics ,antipsychotics , Aluminium containing antacids , antihypertensives can cause constipation
Please change your diet and lifestyle
Stop all dairy products
Take a probiotic daily
Cut down animal protein
Eat fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, Kefir etc
Chew well to poo well
Squat better to Poo better.
Check your Thyroid function test and serum calcium
These general measures will work.
If they don’t work go to a Gastroenterologist doctor for further evaluation and testing.
