Hi,
I have gone through your question and noted the symptoms. It is common to have mild back pain immediately after delivery but however I notice that it is continuing and also has become more severe. I would like to know more about the pain in order to arrive at a diagnosis. Meanwhile it would help to have a MRI taken of your spine too, to check for any other causes of the pain. I would suggest you to discuss with the doctor on the possibility of starting pain medications and also continuing your physiotherapy sessions.
I find this answer helpful
