Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain And Acid Reflux In An Elderly Person

I am a 71 year old woman, do have reflux. currently taking zantac (generic)I get gas(?) trapped in my ribs just under my left breast. The pain also gets in my whole ribcage and across my back. I am still working FULL time. 10 hours plus every day. 95% on my feet. I also have degeneratve disc desease in my lower back. Could this be traveling up my spine or is it more likely my posture?
