Suggest Treatment For Severe Asthma In A 43 Year Old

Daughter 43 yrs of age, history of asthma, hiatis hernia. On May 15th, lifted bales of hay for garden, and cut tree branches. Breathing immediately compromised and ever since. Xrays of chest, then CT of chest showed nothing. Could lifting hay bales have compromised hernia? Many asthma drugs, encluding Singulare and steroids, have had no effect.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of hiatus hernia then it needs to be treated first rather than the asthma, because the respiratory symptoms could be due to that, so it most advisable to take care of this first hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
