Hello, I have read your question thoroughly.

Gastric acidity and bloating has many causes: Acid peptic disease, gastro-esophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome, decrease gastrointestinal motility.

As you have undergone endoscopy and ulcer has been ruled out and your other investigations have been normal as well. This means you have rather a functional dyspepsia which means that your gastrointestinal motility (propelling ability of gut to push food towards anus) is reduced. but you need not to worry about it. only a few life style modifications can bring about significant improvement.

Dietry modifications is a must. you have to decrease the intake of caffeinated drinks, spicy foods, fat containing foods, smoked foods. you have to avoid missing meals and also avoid taking large meals.

Taking regular walk, preferably jogging for 30 mins a day can bring about dramatic change because it increases the gastrointestinal motility and ultimately decrease bloating and gastric acidity. Gut is the play field of emotions the more you keep your self busy and relaxed the more healthy your gastrointestinal tract will be. taking yougurt can be helpful. Taking a tea spoon full of Husk every morning could be very helpful.

Sleeping habits modification also help. taking a big pillow to keep your head side elevated and sleeping in right lateral position helps a lot.

I hope you found this helpful

Best regards
