Hello,

You have been taking medicines like Transamine, tranexamic acid, which helps to reduce bleeding in cases of heavy bleeding. You are also taking Ponstan, mefenamic acid to reduce abdominal cramps. Ponstan forte is stronger.

Since you are having heavy bleeding with abdominal cramps even after taking the medicines, you are advised to get connected to a gynecologist. Get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus or polyp. Your symptoms are indicative of fibroid or endometriosis. Get blood tests, urinalysis, imaging tests, ultrasonography uterus done to detect fibroid or endometriosis. Your treatment will depend on the severity of your symptoms and the diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
