Suggest Treatment For Seizures, headache And Inability To Walk

My friend's healthy 22 year old daughter went on a trip to China about a month ago. Just two days into her trip she began having seizures and was hospitalized. The doctors there could not figure out what was wrong. She is unable to even walk. The seizures are continuing, she has rectal bleeding and a non stop headache. She returned to the US a week after this incident (in a wheelchair). She has been seen at two hospitals and several neurologists. They are unable to find what is wrong with her and presently she is at home, still unable to walk, still suffering from the siezures etc... Where do you go when nobody seems able to help?
