got concieved aug 09 and had to abort in 3rd month due to no heart beat
2nd time concieved mar 10 and had to abort in the 6th month - due to there is not connection between the stomach and kidneys, the baby ( boy) was very hearlhy

Consult the gynecologist and fetal medicine specialist to find out the course of repeated abortion.
There are several causes of recurrent miscarriages like: Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, diabetes, Chromosomal anomalies/genetics problem in one or both the partners, thyroid disorder, cervical incompetence/abnormality in genital tract, Autoimmune diseases like SLE, idiopathic (unknown) cause (40-50% case)
So for above causes, go for investigation like: ANA antibody, anti ds DNA, anti smith AB, PT, APTT, APLA screening, TORCH screening, full hormone profile, blood sugar, chromosomal analysis Pelvic USG, hysteroscopy. After diagnosis take proper treatment. In lots of cases pregnancy is possible aftre repeated abortion so go for above testing and after get pregnancy it is supporeted by progesterone, human antibodies, aspirin, low molecular heparine, HCG
