Suggest Treatment For Redness, Itching And Roughness On The Face

my face skin has always been bad. The worst is the redness, itchiness and roughness especially around my nose and chin. I ve had this since I was pregnant 47 years ago and it never goes away no matter what I use. Right now I ve been prescribed ketoconazole cream 2% and it makes it feel better but it doesn t reduce the redness. What do I have and how should I proceed. Thanks

you can use light moisturiser twice or thrice a day like ceraphil or lubiderm lotion , even then if ur skin is too dry then then Vaseline is the key
