Suggest Treatment For Redness And Soreness In The Vagina

my daughter keeps getting infections uti s and gets very red and sore around and in the vaginal area.she has pains even nausea and vomiting been to dr s and they have done test and evrything comes back normal she is 12years old and wonder if she could be changing and getting her periods?
