General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

All the symptoms you are feeling are due to vaginal yeast infection. You are correctly being treated with Diflucan and Canesten. However, keep in mind that symptoms might require a few more days to totally clear depending on the severity of the primary symptoms. After finishing this treatment cycle, you might need to take another round of anti-fungals but this time might change therapy after reevaluating the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
