Suggest Treatment For Red Painful Bumps On Penile Shaft
I just returned from Mexico yesterday morning. When I arrived home I broke out with red painful bumps on my penile shaft. The are not on the head, only the shaft and a little on the scrotum area. Any ideas of treatment. They are painful, itch, and burn

The painful red itchy bump could be due to superficial bacterial infection or herpes. The antibiotic cream can be applied for that. But if it is herpes than antibiotic will not be effective. Herpes need to be excluded by examination. Kindly attach photo of lesion to give detailed comment.
