Suggest Treatment For Recurring Hemorrhoids

what is the best treatment for recurring hemorrhoids available in India, particularly in Gujarat. I had under gone circular stapling in 2001 for the same but now again its started bleeding and paining during stool please advise and guide for a permanent solution of my problem.

Well come to HCM
Your query being appreciated, surgery is the only option for hemorrhoid, once the hemorrhoid being removed then it may not comes back and if you do have some symptoms of bleeding per rectum then it may not be due to hemorrhoid but it could be due to anal fissure and that could be due to constipation.
Beside the fissure and hemorrhoid differential diagnosis would be matter of concern, you can see the surgeon for confirmation.
