Suggest Treatment For Recurring Hemorrhoids

Im a 32 yo white male. I am 6 foot tall and weigh 215 lbs. Since being in college I would have flare ups on hemorrhoids but they rarely caused me any issues or pain so I never got them checked. Occasionally there would be bright red blood after a BM or I decided it wasnt a big deal. Over the last year the bleeding seems to be more often and more so regular with BMs. Sometimes the bowl will be filled with blood and you can hear blood dripping while having a BM. Sometimes it even appears as if the hemorrhoid busted leaving blood splatter marks on the bowl of the toilet. Im assuming this is just hemorrhoids. I recently had a CBC performed and my hemoglobin was 14.9 so it is not as if I am having a significant amount of blood loss. Do you think its is hemorrhoids or is there cause for concern?

Yes these are Piles (hemorrhoids) and definitely a cause of concern. The cause of this disease actually is Portal Hypertension.

You need to consult a General Surgeon for thorough evaluation and proper treatment of the disease. This is not a problem to let it go like it is. You have to get it treated there and then.

Your Surgeon will grade them and will discuss the treatment options with you after a colonoscopy.
