Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. I will be able to comment further if the cause of the previous miscarriages is known. In this pregnancy, there is no need to worry about the treatment she is receiving, as the medications have been shown to be safe in pregnancy and are needed to correct the hormone imbalances she probably has. Aspirin is advised when there is a bad obstetric history to improve blood circulation in the utero-placental lake. See that she does not stress, takes the medication properly and has a healthy diet with adequate fluid intake. Abstinence should be practised until the pregnancy is well established and also during the last trimester. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
