I have had rectal pain for over 6 months. went to the dr, he gave me a kit with cream, pills and wipes. My pain was better while using the kit, know the pain has returned. I have an anal fisher and two internal hemorrhoids. I had a colon check in 2012. Please advise me a course of action. I was prescribed an analpram advanced kit.

Hello
As you mentioned that you are having two hemorrhoids , Fissure in anus , rectum pain.
As the main reason of pain in rectum is clear hemorrhoids and fissure ( severe pain in fissure usually in all cases).
In my opinion the best way is to take treatment for these two disorder because they are root cause of pain.
As there is pain in rectum so in my opinion this pain may be due to ulcer in rectum or due to cancer in rectum . Diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I and colonoscopy.
In my opinion consult a surgeon and get his opinion as physical examination is important.
Good luck.
