Suggest Treatment For Rash On The Penile Shaft

I recently was tested for stds and my results came back negative. I feel like I can see what could be a rash on my shaft, yet it s very faint. I feel like I can see small faint bumps. There is no itching or pain. The doctor said a number of things could have caused an irritant, and to maybe change detergents, or could be my clothing. Should I be worried?

This can be fixed drug rash/ STDs like syphilis, herpes, etc. These conditions need to be seen before commenting. Use Barrier method of contraception till cure. Test your partners as well.
