How can I remove rash types acne and it s red marks quickly? I m 20 years old bangladeshi girl and I have pimple problem for 1 month and some pimple in my face and there has red marks in my Face.And now I m suffering some pimple looking like rase and there have red marks also.how can I remove this red marks and this types of pimple quickly? Or which medicine can remove this problem quickly?can I have the answer?

Being a 20 yrs old, acne is something expected in your age. if you have not undergone any treatment untill now ,its adviced to start having c.Doxycycline 100 mg 2t/d , along with c.Becosules-zn 1t/d .
keep yourself much hydrated and start using a soap with less PH .
cover your face , when you are out in the direct exposure of sunlight and pollution.
Avoid using oil based creams, if ur skin type is oily.
if it doesn not reduce with these. consult a dermatologist.
