Hello,

Seriously take care of your hygiene. Wear soft loose fitting cotton clothes. You can apply ointment clotrimazole, on the affected area or ointment ringworm, after shower. It will give you relief. You can take a course of fluconazole orally. It will help to reduce the symptoms and occurrence.

Do not touch, pick or scratch. You can apply a thin layer of ointment Betnovate C at bed time on the rashes. Do not use any harsh soap or moisturizing lotion. Stay in a room that has a room humidifier. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
