Okay, so back in July I had an issue Where I was Bleeding The Entire Month. Then August I had 2 periods Within About 2 weeks Of Each Other. I Also Had sex In The time Of No Period In August. Now I Have had one Period In September, i Have Been Due For Another Period But havent Gotten One. I went And Got A pap And Dr Said My Cervix Was Really Red Like Raw. Im Worried I Could Be pregnant Because I Havent Gotten my Period. So I Took A Test When I Was 2 Or 3 days Late. It Was Negative But Im Still Worried. My Stomach Has Felt Slightly Tight. I have Been Having Cramps And One Boob Has Been A Little Sore. Any Ideas To What Could Be Going On
I can understand your comcern. It seems like there are unbalanced sex hormone levels that are causing irregularities in menstrual cycles. There are number of disorders that can cause this like being in menopausal phase, having thick endometrium, endometriosis, infection of the uterus/ovaries or polycystic ovaries.
I would advise you to go for blood tests to determine hormonal levels in blood along with ultrasonography to check the process of ovulation and presence of cyst or other irregularities. Based on the test results, you can be started on appropriate treatment like hormone replacement therapy.
I hope this information helps you. Thank you for trusting HCM with your concern. I wish you feel better soon!
