Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
I can understand what you must be going through. Premature ejaculation can be can be taken care of my the help of medications as well as behavior therapy. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist. The medications can include a course of SSRIs like paroxetine taken daily or dapoxetine taken on SOS basis. Simultaneously, you need to undergo undergo behavior therapy sessions which will include learning relaxation exercises, and methods to delay ejaculation like distraction and squeeze technique. Attending the session with you sex partner would enhance the outcome. Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
