Suggest Treatment For Potential Mass In The Right Ventricle

My Mom has just been diagnosed with a potential mass in the right ventricle. I realize their is a need for a Mri to truly identify if there is a mass and we are in the process of scheduling one. But looking forward if there is a mass what procedures are used to cure this issue. She is currently 86 years old. Would heart surgery be an option?
