Hi,

Additional guidelines for PAH patient:
- Allow precise breastfeeding to give best immunity.
- Check that nose passages remain clear without congestion.
- Prefer semi reclining position during feeding and allow minimum of 15-20 minutes burp after feed.
- Take antibiotics or other necessary medications in case of infection of respiratory tract.

Be in regular follow up with pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
