Suggest Treatment For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

I have Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, my lower esophagus does not work properly, my tear gland do not work properly, I have sensitivity allergic reaction to sun light, digestive problems, sever tiredness, my tests do not infinitively suggest an auto immune disease specifically. But Dr. have suggested connective tissue auto immune disease what does this mean? And how can I truly get a definitive dx

I really appreciate your concern, you stated that your esophagus, some gland not working properly but in what sense it is not working not mentioned, even what kind of digestive problem you have not mentioned here just word problem does not create any sense, looking to over all given history you may needs some investigations to confirm all the suspected condition and for that you have to see the concern branch of medicine, but most of the time such conditions are not due to pathological illness but it could be due to some funcitional elements hope this information helps.
