Suggest Treatment For Piles

Sir, I am 36 years, Software engineer by profession, past two years I am having piles problem. Some times blood is coming along with motion. Past two month there is no bleeding but having pain in the anal region and burning sensation. Please advice me what treatment I have to take?

* There is possible problem of either fissure in ano or hemorrhoid .

* Suggestions at present

- Confirmation of the diagnosis by procto anoscopy examination with a
consultant surgeon .
- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Consume soft , light diet with high fiber content .
- Avoid oily, spicy , non veg stuffs .

- No smoking , alcohol .
- Avoid sitting for prolong period on hard surface .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 3
times a day )
- Local application of Xylocaine ( 5 % ) jelly .
- Ispaghula husk in case of more constipation or hard stools .
