Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of acne and pigmentation.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure, don't squeeze the lesions and avoid fast food.
2. Use an anti acne face wash like Acwash twice daily and apply clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily.
3. Other treatment options are oral doxycyline, minocycline and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
