Suggest Treatment For Persistent Neck Pain

My name is Anna R. I am 24 years old. I have been experiencing neck pain for 5 years. I just got my MRI done--my results "straightened lordotic curvature of the cervical spine due to muscle spasms, and degenerative disc disease with minimal spondylosis, and uncinate spurring at C3-4, C4-5 and C5-6, greater at the lower two levels.
I have ben in physical therapy for 6 months, and chiropractor, and corizone shots were given. Do i have more options? What can i do to find a long term fix. Pain is unberable.
Thanks you,
Anna
