hello concerned patient, thanks for writing to HCM.
i have gone through your history

First and foremost, you have to cut down your body weight because you are significantly overweight for your height.for a woman of 5'2" , weight of 110-125lbs is optimal.so you will have to cut down your body weight gradually to those range.

this can be attained by cutting down calorie dense foods, avoiding fats and oils and doing a regular exercise of 30-45 mins daily regularly

For your high bp,i would recommend the following first
Low sodium diet, lowering fat,oil and calories in diet and lowering your weight will decrease your blood pressure much lower than present.

do you have any history of diabetes/high cholesterol or thyroid anomalies??

If you have only high bp,first try the dietary and lifestyle changes mentioned above and i would suggest to start tablet amlodipine 5mg once daily for 2 weeks and then repeat bp recording and then dosage can be maintained or adjusted accordingly.

Hope this clarifies.Follow up if you have doubts.good day.
