sir my kid 5 years old had fever sine 26 jan after 4 days was advised for blood test her peadiatrician told everything is normal and her fever remained for 14 days now there was no fever since 1week now again started since 2 days again consulted he told us to wait again for 4 days i am afraid any serious problems are there ? she is very poor eater normally has weight of 12kgs only her blood test taken on 4 feb 2010 shows platelet count 5.5 lakhs blood smear showing rbc -hypochromia microcytosis anisocytosis + malarial parasite-nil urine routine showing pus cells 8-10/HPF RBC10-12/HPF EPITHELIAL CELLS3-5/HPF WAS HAVING VERY NORMAL ACTIVITIES TILL NOW AT THE TIME WHEN FEVR COMES GOES AND LIES DOWN OTHER TIMES PLAYING WELL EATING WHATEVER SHE LIKES ONLY SHE DRINKS VERY LESS WATER FEVER RANGES FROM 99TO 102 PLEASE ADVICE I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED
