Hi welcome to the health care magic

You can have upper respiratory tract infection like bronchitis

As ear pain is severe possibility of otitis also...

Your work up done with Auscultation and Otoscopy ear examination

According to examination if needed suitable antibiotic course and topical antibiotic ear drop prescribed

Steam inhalation done three times a day

If congestion present than decongestant also prescribed

Take care

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination
