Suggest Treatment For Perimenopause Problems

Is there anything I can take to help me get through peri-menopause? I am having sleeping problems and wake up a couple of times a night some nights really warm. I don t want to get on drugs of any kind. I already take Estrovyn for weight gain and menopause symptoms. Is there anything else I can take with them?

Hello,
Please see that the room you sleep in is comfortable with tolerable temperature, preferably cooler. Also, wearing loose fitting clothes, especially cottons and avoiding tight undergarments gives comfort. Do have adequate water and avoid taking beverages before sleep. Try breathing exercises thrice a day and also meditation to help you relax. Please remember, this is a transient phase and will pass off. If needed, you can try anxiolytics and counselling. Hope this helps.
