Suggest Treatment For Perianal Pain

I am 30 years old suffering from sever perianal pain throbbing in nature with no local findings. I thought it was a thrombosed external hemorroids but when the pain kept worsening over a week, and became constant instead of local and systemic analgesia I thought it is better to seck a medical advice.

It sounds like you probably have an anal fissure and you can try cortisone cream for now but you need to have a doctor look at it
