Hello

Pelvic ascitis(free fluid in pelvis) may be due to peritonitis in a case of typhoid fever.
Typhoid fever causes intestine infection and fluid in pelvis may be considered as complication.
Patient may need surgical intervention after evaluation.
Mild free fluid in pelvis in females may also be due to many other reasons like during ovulation(it is naturally seen),pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)etc.
Your condition need clinical correlation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
