Hi dr. Plz listen to me carefully dr.I have seen many drs .its been 8 years I have Pcos and I don t get my periods on time.drs experimented on me by giving many medicines but no use like Duane 35.glocophage zac.primulute n.nd many others.I m having many severe side effects like swelling face.facial hair growth.male baldness.depression.severe acne nd pimples also severe scars.skin has become so hard.what not dr.I feel like killing myself.girls of my age 22 enjoy their lives.but I have become so weak so down.plz help me.its been 8years my pico is not treated well also irregular periods.its been 6 months I m not having my periods.severe depression

Check your weight .
Your ideal weight should be your height minus 100 .
Achieve this weight by making changes in your diet and by doing exercise.
Dietary changes include having more of green leafy vegetables, salads, plenty of water.
Exercise like brisk walking atleast 30 min per day.
Avoid oily, junk food.
