Suggest Treatment For Patulous Eustachian Tube Problems

I have developed patulous Eustachian tube problems. I hear my breath and my voice in my ears and it is very uncomfortable. I also have RA and Sjogren s syndrome. When I put my head between my knees I can temporarily cause my Eustachian tubes to close and I feel relief for a few minutes.
