Suggest Treatment For Patellofemoral Syndrome In Knees

Hello, I have patellofemeral syndrome in both knees, I have had it for about a year. im only 17. I have seen a physiotherapist, slight imptovement but the pain gets really bad. I have tried extra strength tylonal, extra strength motrin, extra strength advil, naproxin, muscle relaxorS nothing has helped with the pain. Would medical marijuana be an option?
