Suggest Treatment For Paralyzed Diaphragm

I have been experiencing chronic headaches, dizziness, balance problems, vision problems, mental fog, tremors, lower back pain, neck stiffness, muscle stiffness and spasms in the back, insomnia and some joint pain for appr. 10+ years. At direction of neurologist, have had a head MRI which showed nothing. At direction of neurosurgeon, I had a Cat Scan of the upper spine with a slightly compressed disk, but no need for attention. Have been treated by an ENT and Hearing and imbalance person and have ruled out inner ear. Had a successful thyroid check and hormone makup by my family physician. Discovered that I have a paralyzed diaphragm appr. 3 years ago. Current medications consist of 300mg of Avapro for High Blood Pressure and occasional Ambien for sleep. Please help

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have head ache, dizziness, vertigo, vision problem, mental fog, tremors, lower back pain, neck stiffness, muscle stiffness, and spasm in the back, insomnia, and joint pains since 10 years.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pains are completely controlled.
Most problematic is the pain,so I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically till the pain is under the controle.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
