Suggest Treatment For Panic Attacks

I had what I think was a panic attack 2months ago,I was disy for 3 weeks none stop then I had a panic attack the doctor confirmed it my chest went tight and my body went numb since that confirmed panic attack I have been disy and my body does'nt feel right I have pressure in my head and it feels like it will explode I am on Xanax 3 times a day.
