Suggest Treatment For Painful Uterine Fibroids

I just got off my period a week and a half ago. I have been diagnosed with fibroids. I started bleeding heavy today with bad cramps. It was dark brownish blood. I also passed white tissue about the size of a quarter. I am forty and was not pregnant. I am married with only my husband as my partner. We are faithful to each other. Please help!

Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

Heavier, prolonged periods, Painful periods, Pain in the abdomen, pelvis, or low back are the symptoms related to fibroid.
As you are nearing menopause, watchful waiting may be an option for you, depending on how tolerable your symptoms are. After menopause, your estrogen and progesterone levels will drop, which causes most fibroids to shrink and symptoms to subside.

If it is not tolerable i advice you to gynecologist, for drugs like NSAIDs and or Birth control hormones to lighten menstrual bleeding.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
I find this answer helpful
